Date Night

We love date nights over here and what makes them the best date nights is spending them with our dear friends Sam and Ryan. Yes... his name is Ryan too haha. It is actually really funny. Sam and I have been roomates for 2 years, she is also one of my bridesmaids and she started dating Ryan a few months ago (met through tinder).. had to add that part in, it's my favorite and we soon came to find out that Ryan and Ryan are the same age, same name, and same field of study (Pre-Med)! Ryan and Ryan get a long really well and so do Sam and I so double dates are just grand with this cute couple!

I feel like a high school couple again going on double dates because we weren't "old enough" to go on single dates yet... haha well don't worry we are definitely old enough but we decided to spice things up a bit.

We went to Sammy's and then to Fat Cats to get some unlimited bowling in, although we only lasted 3 games we had a blast catching up after not seeing each other for a week.. oh dear haha.

We Love Bowling! Even though I suck at it...

We had so much fun and I can't wait for more double dates ahead!

Weekends

Seriously this past weekend was one of the best I've had in a while, we are go go going all the time, got so much done, and had so much fun! I wish I would have taken more pictures but I still got a few :)

Yup! we got bridals done on friday and the weather was supreme! I did the "first look" for Ry in my neighbors back yard and then headed up to the family farm to take the rest of the bridals and groomals. I was so nervous for Ry to see the dress because I thought for sure he would hate it. What was I thinking!? of course he would like it I mean I am marrying him after all.. Which he did, he LOVED it. He was so nervous to turn around and see me but at the same time so excited and I was too haha I started crying of course and so did he a tiny bit ;) regardless of what he tells you..

These are some pictures that my mom snuck in and we can't wait to see the photographers pictures! Laurie Bray took our pictures and she the best professional photographer out there. She has been photographing me since I was a newborn and a good family friend like her facebook page here!

The rest of the weekend was filled with 2 of my friends weddings, Wish I would have gotten pictures of them! dang it. Getting Ry moved into our cute little apartment, being crafty, my family bridal shower, and tackling invitations. Who knew planning a wedding your own to be exact, could be so hard!? But most definitely worth it!

Pic #1: Our cute old door to our house/apartment. Isn't it the cutest!? Our apartment is really old, tiny, and absolutely perfect for us. I am in love. I can't wait to move in!

Pic #2: I literally stayed up till 4am on Saturday night making this banner for decoration for the wedding reception. I have got 4 more to make and hoping it doesn't take me as long this time.. why I can't seem to stay up late when Ry and I get do things together at night and I can stay up so late while he is working graveyards to "stay up with him" I do not know haha.

Pic #3: Our invite preview! We can't wait to send them out once we finally get them done. We will probably start sending them out next week! yay!!

I can't wait to marry my best friends and love of my life.

Hoppy Easter

Hope everyone had a lovely Easter! We definitely did, well... a good Easter weekend at least. We practically slept all day on Sunday. We did enjoy a lovely Saturday with my whole extended family though and had our annual jumbo Easter egg hunt! oh how I miss being little and running around with my cousins finding eggs. Although this year was a little different then it used to be we still enjoyed family and had us a good time.

Sadly I just realized we never decorated any eggs.. another year yet a fail. Maybe I should just forget the whole "we need to decorate eggs on Easter" and just do it like the week before. Probably still going to decorate them this year though, just a week late?

Here is a little recap on our lovely hunting..

My little cousin that I was practically glued to the whole afternoon..

C and P are the cutest I love them, best nieces ever....
and of course we need a picture of us, I always forget my camera.. bad habit.

 Honestly I love my family so much even though it doesn't seem like we get along and I cannot wait for Ry and I to be a little family. Hoppy Easter to all and hope everyone got a little family time.

St. George

After a much needed break we are back to the routine of things including finals. YUCK. Only two more weeks and we are done!! So excited even though that means I'll be moving home before the wedding which also means that

1. I'll be driving 45minutes each way to work instead of 20.
2. I'll be further away from Ry instead of across the street.

Oh, well it also means that we are closer to the wedding!! #55moredays

To recap on our lovely trip.
Let me just tell you one thing.. Road trips are the best with lover boy :) Never a dull moment!

Friday

We got to stop in Brian Head to see his cabin and my old one! We sold ours years ago and it was so much fun to go see everything that has changed, our cabins were only 5 minutes apart, weird..

Its the cute one in back with the green roof.

We went to Dixie and talked to Advisors

Went to my grandparents house for dinner

Hung out with friends and family

Saturday

We went to my nieces soccer game in the morning after we slept in of course, so at least we caught the end of her game :) It was the last game of the season and she did awesome.

Next we bough Ryan's handsome suit! and DANG does he look good haha

We went to lunch with Levi and Sarah, so good to finally meet them!

Then we did some homework, chilled at home, and took a nap.

Ended the night with True Rebel and pool hopping we had so much fun but of course something bad had to happen.

Ryan's phone and wallet. GONE. Talk about a downer. We looked everywhere and then cancelled everything. Poor Ry.
Sunday

We looked everywhere for Ryan's things and couldn't find them anywhere. I swear we retraced our steps a millions times and said a hundred prayers. Still nothing :(

We went to Best Buy and got Ry a new phone which was only $1.00 and it is a newer version of mine! and how much was mine when I bought it?? yeah.. a heck of a lot more than that.

We ended the day with flying kites with my nieces and spending a last few hours with our family's. We will miss them and can't wait to get back down to that warm weather in a month!!

I love how intense C looks flying her kites I mean obviously it is life or death right?? haha

You have to admit though.. This cutie has some serious skills!! I would get the kite up an going for her and she would be perfectly flying her barbie kite all alone for 10 minutes.

Oregon

I cannot tell you how much I love OREGON. It is my favorite place and just everything about it. Well we decided since my parents were going up to see my niece and nephew get baptized and my older siblings has not met ryan yet that we would tag along and have a little get-a-way ourselves. It was a much needed break from school and work but definitely didn't last long enough! We drove up Thursday (12 hours...) and came home two days later on Sunday (16 hours... with stops). Let's just say I don't care how much it costs next time we are flying! It is beautiful up there and I'm already missing it.

Road trip up there! We were a little board as you can tell.
Ry thought I was snap-chatting. Because don't all snap chat faces look like that? Ours always do.

We didn't get to take a lot of pictures while we were there which is a terrible habit of mine but we sure did enjoy ourselves.

Just a few of our activities...
> Seeing Non-Stop at the movie theatre (date night)
> Niece and Nephew's baptism
> Wrestling with the 7 grandchildren that were there
-It was so cute they all call him Uncle Ryan now, and he loves it-
> Relaxing
> Going on walks
> Visiting with my family that I haven't seen in a year

On our drive home we made a few pit stops and this was one of them.

Multnomah Falls is BEAUTIFUL. If you ever have a chance to go to Oregon stop there, it is super close to portland. It is always a favorite stop of mine.

83 more days till I get to marry my best friend.. Less then three months!

XOXO

Things to do

It would be nice to have some extra time lying around somewhere. This weekend was my first time being able to sleep in, in months. Yeah.. my body didn't like that idea and decided to wake up at 7am. So I watched netflix, that was a first too.

With how busy I am I probably shouldn't be blogging and probably should be working on homework and studying for my physiology midterm tomorrow night. Procrastination. I'm good at it.

With the wedding bells in the near future I've been making lists of things that I would like to get done soon. They go something like this.

--> Finish reading Elizabeth Smart my story
--> Make my coat hanger that I bought knobs for almost 8 months ago.
--> Sleep. enough said.

---> Buy the garter
---> Buy HIS ring
---> Go register.. Im thinking bed bath and beyond, target, and macey's?
---> Take Engagements
---> Decide on invitations
---> DeJunk and organize
---> Find a DJ
---> and other things that shall not be named because my handsome groom reads my blog sometimes

We are going there soon :)
Time and All Eternity.

Happy Sabbath
